Fhufhani Aviation Solutions (Pty) Ltd (Fhufhani) is a youth owned company, which consists of two qualified commercial pilots with a passion for the aviation industry. Fhufhani is a 100% BBBEE Aviation Company which was established in 2008 and has administrative offices at Tirhani House, Sandton. This company made its debut in the aviation industry when it established a cadet program in partnership with the Nigerian Government.
Fhufhani was created out of a need to diversify the business ownership in the aviation industry by introducing and promoting more 100% BEE operators. Since inception, Fhufhani has strived to provide its clients with the highest level of professionalism. The company’s operations are tailored to accommodate the commercial aviation needs of clients ranging from personal and individual requirements to corporate organizations including the public sector. Our collective knowledge and resources ensure that we provide a professional, well-informed service that guarantees a satisfactory, cost effective outcome.
Having established our careers in aviation as pilots, we are fully aware of the comprehensive challenges faced by our counterparts. Our secondary objective is to address the shortage of BEE pilot representation in South Africa. Fhufhani is committed to providing guidance, training and employment to future pilots of the country. Our belief is that our commitment to promote BEE skills development will encourage other organizations to follow suit. We believe that this is essential to stimulate the transformation that is crucial for diversifying this dynamic industry.
